Products & Returns
All products are cut and made-to-order specifically for each customer, and therefore are not returnable.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate. We strongly suggest ordering swatches before placing your final order to avoid any confusion.
We hope you enjoy your Rhinne products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] to resolve.
We inspect all orders before shipping; however, final responsibility rests with the customer to identify any flaws within 3 business days of receipt. Do not cut wallpaper or fabric yardage before checking for correct pattern, color, quantity, and any flaw or damage. Please track your shipment, and plan to receive the package(s) promptly upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for missing packages.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to production. Please be sure to confirm that your order is correct before finalizing.
Slight variations are inherent to the handmade nature of our products, and are therefore not considered to be flaws.
